Jason Williams

Mr. Williams joined Tiburon Oil and Gas Partners in 2025 as Vice President of Finance & Accounting, where he is responsible for leading the company’s financial engineering, accounting team and strategic planning efforts to drive investor returns. Before joining Tiburon, Mr. Williams served as Chief Financial Officer at Phoenix Natural Resources, where he was instrumental in building and strengthening the finance and accounting functions within the organization.

Prior to his tenure at Phoenix, Mr. Williams spent 17 years at EP Energy, where he held several key roles, including leading the Strategic Planning and Reserves group during the company’s restructuring and strategic alternatives process. He also held various financial and analytical roles, supporting a diverse portfolio that included assets in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, and Uinta basins.

Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Finance from Centenary College of Louisiana.
